Can I try it for free?

You can answer sample questions and register documents without creating an account. Also, if you would like to try it with actual internal documents or employees, we will issue a free account for one month. Please apply here.

Can you tell me how to pay for the paid plan?

The usage fee for the application month is free. Service begins on the first day of the month following the application date, and we will issue an invoice for the annual fee at the end of that month.

Is it possible to use video content?

You can embed videos that are privately published on YouTube in documents.

I don't quite understand how to register documents (texts) or questions. Can you do it for me?

We can register on your behalf. Please prepare the manuscript and contact us. (This is a paid optional service)

Is it possible to have them take the test immediately without showing the original document (text)?

You can set this for each document. It is also possible to set whether to display or hide the correctness or total points for the questions.

How do I register users?

When you register the email address of the respondent in the admin screen, an invitation email will be sent to the person. From the link in that email, the respondent can register their name and password.

What should I do if I want to cancel?

Please contact us about cancellation one month before the end of the contract period. You can use the service until the end of the contract period. After cancellation, all registered documents and user information will be deleted.
